These terms cover the Wellkept app for iPhone and iPad, published by ASP-ZELENBUD TOV, registration number 521093143, vul. Haharina 8, office 4, 07853 Nemishaieve, Ukraine. By installing or using it, you agree to them. Buying a subscription is also covered by Apple’s terms for the App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms.
The app
Wellkept helps you review photos and videos, compress copies, read screenshots, merge duplicate contacts you confirm, keep a private vault, and run simple device checks. Suggestions are recommendations. You decide what is deleted, merged, or saved.
Deleted photos and videos go to Recently Deleted. Wellkept does not keep a second copy of them and cannot promise recovery after iOS empties that album. The vault is stored only inside the app. Deleting Wellkept deletes the vault.
A scam check looks for common wording. It is not proof that a message is or is not a scam. A device check reports what the phone can show in the moment. It is not a repair and not a medical or safety certification.
Free plan
Seeing what Wellkept finds does not use the monthly limits. The free plan limits how much you can act on in a calendar month:
- 30 photo deletions
- 5 swipe reviews
- 3 video compressions
- 3 location cleanups
- 5 contact merges
- 3 blurred photos saved
The Safe List, which tells Wellkept what never to offer, is not part of the paid plan.
Wellkept Unlimited
Wellkept Unlimited is an auto-renewable subscription that removes those monthly limits. The app offers a weekly plan, a monthly plan, and a 12-week plan. The price, length, and any free trial are shown in the app and in the App Store before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Wellkept cannot cancel it for you.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where Apple’s rules say so.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Refunds are decided by Apple. If a purchase needs approval, such as Ask to Buy, access starts when Apple says the purchase went through.
Your content
Photos, videos, and contacts stay yours. You are responsible for reviewing a selection before you confirm a deletion or a merge. Merging contacts can be permanent in the Contacts app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Wellkept on Apple devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms. You may not copy the app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break the law.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what the app reads and what it does not send. Using Wellkept means you have read that policy.
Disclaimer
Wellkept is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you chose to delete, beyond what the law refuses to let us limit. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the updated terms.
