Restore a subscription

Open Wellkept, go to the subscription screen, and tap “Already paying? Restore it.” The purchase has to be on the same Apple Account as this iPhone. If it was bought on another account, sign in with that account and try again.

Cancel

Wellkept does not have its own account to cancel. On the iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Wellkept. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends if you do not want the next charge. Apple also lists subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

A deleted photo

Open the Photos app, tap Albums, then Recently Deleted. Items stay there until iOS removes them, usually for about 30 days. After that, Wellkept cannot bring them back.

The vault

The vault is unlocked with Face ID or the device passcode. It is stored only inside Wellkept. Deleting the app deletes the vault. If Face ID was turned off for Wellkept, turn it back on in Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Other Apps.
