WellkeptPrivacy Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026. This policy covers the Wellkept app for iPhone and iPad, published by ASP-ZELENBUD TOV.

The short version. Wellkept does its work on your device. Photos, videos, contacts, screenshot text, and checkup recordings are not uploaded to us. There is no Wellkept account and no analytics or advertising in the app.
1. What the app reads on your device

You can turn these permissions off in the Settings app. Some screens will not work without the permission they need.
2. What we receive
We do not receive your photos, videos, contacts, screenshot contents, vault files, or checkup recordings. Scan results and settings are stored in the app’s own storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, including the vault.
Wellkept does not use advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. The app does not ask to track you.
Purchases go to Apple. If a screenshot is only in iCloud, the download comes from Apple. Apple’s own privacy policy covers those requests.
3. Subscriptions
Wellkept Unlimited is an auto-renewable subscription sold by Apple. We do not receive your card number. The app reads, on the device, whether this Apple Account has an active subscription, so it can turn monthly limits off. There is no separate Wellkept login.
4. Deletions and copies
Photos and videos you delete through Wellkept are handed to iOS and move to Recently Deleted. Wellkept does not keep its own copy of them. A location-free copy or a blurred copy is created on the device. If you then share that file, it goes where you send it.
5. Night scan
If you turn on the night pass, iOS may run it while the iPhone is charging and not in use. It counts findings already available on the device and, if you allowed notices and there is enough to mention, can send a local notification. It does not upload a library and it does not delete anything.
6. Children
Wellkept is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Your rights
Because the app does not send your library or contacts to us, there is no server copy for us to export or erase. What Wellkept holds is on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Permission choices are changed in iOS Settings. 8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
